Building Trust

2023

Services era. The job was making StableLab credible enough that business development conversations did not start from zero.

2024

StableLab tried to turn services insight into product. That meant launching Forse, then repositioning it once the first market thesis broke.

Sales-Led GTM

2024–2025

Long cycles, few public proof points, and enterprise buyers. Marketing had to arm sales and manufacture trust where case studies were scarce.
